Experience
I have held C-level positions for well over 20 years and have either built, bought into, owned or run companies in various sectors including agriculture, advertising, online, healthcare, tech and gaming.
I have raised millions in investment and have also been parachuted into companies that were not performing as well as the venture capital company behind them required. My last successful exit was in 2022 prior to time off and semi retirement.
I prefer difficult, high pressure situations with companies or individuals who face serious challenges.
Results
The last business I exited was technically insolvent when I joined. After turning it around, it made more profit in 1 month than it had in the previous 5 years combined.

Furthermore, it successfully expanded with distribution deals in North America, South Africa and Australia, as well as increasing online sales to over 85% of turnover in the UK and Europe, selling to over 20 countries.
Attitude
I have an excellent track record in making people the very best version of themselves, and getting them to perform at a level they didn't think was possible.

I loathe business jargon, internal politics, LinkedIn posturing and have very little time for over elaborate PowerPoint presentations. I am known for unlimited patience as well as being politely direct.
Why Consult?
Yes, I get it, if I'm that good, why don't I do it myself? I have. I've put my house on the line, borrowed ridiculous amounts of money, taken huge commercial risks and faced phenomenal challenges many, many times over.
I've reaped the rewards too and I'm now at a stage where I could slow down, but I'm not ready to do that entirely. I actually really enjoy helping people - it's really no more complex than that.
